1.) SHIPPING

what are your delivery times?

We strive to ship your order within 5-7 business days from the date the order is received. (This excludes holidays and weekends). If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 10 business days due to order volume.

Where do you currently deliver?

Currently, we ship worldwide on all our products.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders in Canada, United States and worldwide.

* We do not currently ship to American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any Armed Forces Reserves.

How long does shipping take?

How will i know when my order will arrive?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Some items from my order are missing, what's happening?

It's possible that our products are shipped separately based on your order. If, for example, your order includes items from two different warehouses, there will be two separate deliveries as a result. The remainder of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

2.) MY ORDER

How can i change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes made after an order is processed, however we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us immediately when you realize there has been an error and we will work with you to see what can be done.

What is your exchange policy?

We want you to love your 4-Babies purchase.  If for any reason you're not happy with what you've ordered, we will gladly provide a store credit once we receive the item(s) back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange, please contact us. Include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We'll get back to you within 2 business days confirming the exchange and providing instructions on how to proceed.
We do not provide return shipping labels, and you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us. 

All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt.

What if i receive the wrong product?

Please contact us and we will be happy to help you get the correct product, at no cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges for flawed or damaged items?

We stand behind all of our products. If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a 30 day return policy for all damaged or defective items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you.

Please contact us with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your order number. We will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you.

What if my order gets lost?

Once the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse, they are responsible for any lost or misplaced packages. However we will do whatever we can to assist should this happen. If needed, we will launch an investigation with the carrier. (Please note that these investigations generally take 5-10 business days to be settled.)
